Ngoài các yêu cầu kỹ thuật cơ bản trong thiết kế thi công nhà phố, việc thiết kế cấu trúc căn nhà còn phải đảm bảo quá trình sử dụng riêng biệt, thuận tiện, công năng phù hợp cho người sử dụng.

Besides meeting the basic technical requirements of townhouse design and construction, the building’s layout must also ensure independent and convenient circulation, as well as functional suitability for its users.

Giao thông trong nhà là yếu tố cần lưu ý nhiều nhất khi thiết kế kiến trúc. G11 House tách biệt giao thông của tầng trệt với những tầng còn lại, khu vực để xe được tính toán cẩn thận, đáp ứng đủ công suất khi vận hành công trình.
Traffic circulation inside the house is the most critical factor to consider in architectural design. G11 House separates the circulation of the ground floor from the upper floors, while the parking area is carefully planned to ensure sufficient capacity during operation.
Mỗi căn phòng tại G11 đều được bố trí đầy đủ các tiện ích cơ bản, đáp ứng nhu cầu sinh hoạt hàng ngày của người thuê. Trong đó bao gồm khu vệ sinh khép kín, bếp nấu gọn gàng, rèm cửa, cùng hệ thống ống chờ sẵn cho máy giặt và tủ lạnh. Không gian được sắp xếp hợp lý, tối ưu diện tích, mang lại sự tiện lợi và thoải mái cho quá trình sử dụng, giúp người thuê có thể dọn vào ở ngay mà không cần nhiều chỉnh sửa thêm.
